Service Description
Take your time with 75 minutes of deep relaxation in our communal sauna. This extended session allows your body to fully settle into the heat, release tension, and restore balance — ideal for a long, mindful reset or a soothing end to your day. Sessions are limited to 4 participants for comfort and space. If a day or time you’d like isn’t available for immediate booking, please contact Taylor at 828-712-9233 for additional availability.

Cancellation Policy
**Booking Policy** All sessions must be booked online at least **3 hours in advance**. Reservations may be made up to **2 weeks** ahead. To book beyond that timeframe, please contact us directly. Walk-ins are not guaranteed and are accepted only if space allows. To request a same-day appointment within the 3-hour booking window, text **828-712-9233**. Please arrive **5–10 minutes early**. Sessions begin promptly. Guests arriving more than **15 minutes late** may forfeit their appointment without refund. **Guest Policy** Every guest must have a paid reservation and complete the required waiver before entering the sauna. If booking for multiple people, please provide each guest's name during checkout. Complimentary or unregistered guests are not permitted. Communal sessions are limited to **6 guests**. Private sessions reserve the sauna exclusively for your group. **Sauna Etiquette & Facility Rules** Boiler House Saunas is designed to provide a clean, calm, and respectful wellness experience for everyone. Please arrive clean and rinse off before entering the sauna. Strong perfumes, colognes, body sprays, essential oils, lotions, sunscreen, or other heavily scented or oily products are not permitted, as they absorb into the wood and impact other guests' experiences. The shower is intended only for rinsing before sauna use and cooling down between sauna sessions. Please dry off completely before re-entering the sauna. Drying mats are provided. Nudity is not permitted anywhere in the sauna house. The sauna is a shared wellness space. Conversation is welcome, but please be mindful of your volume and respect guests seeking a quiet, restorative experience. Guests may only use the sauna during a scheduled appointment. Entering without a reservation or without notifying staff is not permitted, even if the facility appears empty. If you need to arrive within your one-hour booking window, please text us whenever possible. Appointments are scheduled back-to-back. Please begin wrapping up during the final **5 minutes** of your session so you can dry off, gather your belongings, and exit before the next appointment begins. Failure to follow these policies may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of sauna privileges without refund. Boiler House Saunas reserves the right to refuse service or revoke access for behavior that disrupts other guests, damages the facility, or violates these policies.
