Wellness Suites
Once home to The Spa at Capitola Mill, this area has been thoughtfully reimagined into our Wellness Suites—five luxurious spaces that come partially furnished with high-end local artwork and carefully selected furniture. Several suites include their own sinks, and each space has a unique personality designed to support a calming and professional environment. Tenants also enjoy access to a shared, fully furnished waiting area and a well-equipped utility room featuring a washer/dryer, mop sink, and additional storage.
