Once home to The Spa at Capitola Mill, this area has been thoughtfully reimagined into our Wellness Suites—five luxurious spaces that come partially furnished with high-end local artwork and carefully selected furniture. Several suites include their own sinks, and each space has a unique personality designed to support a calming and professional environment. Tenants also enjoy access to a shared, fully furnished waiting area and a well-equipped utility room featuring a washer/dryer, mop sink, and additional storage.

Capitola Mill Fitness Center
Capitola Mill’s Fitness Center is a well-equipped, thoughtfully designed space for strength training, cardio, mobility, and recovery. Members have access to free weights, kettlebells, resistance equipment, and versatile machines, along with Peloton bikes, treadmills, and a wide library of on-demand classes. The space also supports stretching, breathwork, and mindful movement, offering a calm, flexible environment to move, reset, and build strength at your own pace.

The Partnership for Appalachian Girls’ Education (PAGE) has long been part of the Capitola Mill community, advancing its mission to educate and empower girls to become leaders in an evolving Appalachia. Through innovative, place-based education, PAGE creates pathways of opportunity for girls in rural communities—helping them imagine and achieve their goals.
PAGE’s signature STEAM and Story Labs are led by scientists, historians, and artists who offer hands-on learning and mentorship, while year-round programs foster confidence, connection, and a strong sense of place in a vibrant Appalachian future.

Marlowe Frey is an experienced hair stylist creating custom looks for all hair types. Originally established in Asheville’s River Arts District in 2015, her studio relocated to Capitola Mill in Marshall after a decade, where she now operates a private, one-chair studio.
Marlowe offers a relaxed, one-on-one experience in a unique setting, taking the time to listen carefully to each client’s goals and deliver thoughtful, expertly crafted results.
