The Spa at Capitola Mill
On September 27th, 2024 Hurricane Helene ravaged our small town. Our building took in 4+ feet of water and mud on the main floor. The community effort struck just as quickly following the waters receding. Along with other business owners, hundreds of volunteers and the United States Military we began shoveling mud, tearing down sheetrock and hauling off the debris. We expect our first floor to be rebuilt by early 2025. Stay tuned here or https://www.spacapitolamill.com/ for further updates on rebuilding.
The Spa at Capitola Mill is a luxury wellness spa located in the circa 1905 Capitola Manufacturing Company Cotton Yarn Mill – renovated with attention to historic detail – on the banks of the French Broad River in Marshall, North Carolina. This region is known as the ‘Jewel of the Blue Ridge’ for its stunning natural beauty.
